For all those who wanted to read the Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 screenplay, now you finally can.
If you recall, a few months back, I tweeted to writer-director James Gunn and asked if Marvel had any plans to publish their screenplays a la Captain America: The First Avenger. His response: “I’m working on getting #GotGVol2 out there for you all to enjoy in script form.”

As you already know, I’ve taken to creating fake movie trailers with iMovie, and I’ve shared two of them with you so far: The Last Happy Hour and The MTA Sucks.
Well, here I want to share with you a trailer that I’ve made — but it’s not going to be for something fake. JFXXLA: The Charm is a documentary (of sorts) I’m putting together about my recent trip to Los Angeles. It probably won’t be of interest to anyone; it’s a true vanity project that I’m creating to help myself get more familiar with iMovie (and maybe use to graduate to Final Cut Pro X).

On Thursday, Netflix announced that it was giving a $25 million production commitment to Kate, a female-centric action thiriller from the producers of John Wick and Atomic Blonde.
As Deadline reported, this news comes after Netflix honcho Ted Sarandos revealed that the streaming service plans to create 80 feature films in 2018.
Yes, you read right. Eighty.
