I had a pretty good Thanksgiving, all things considered. COVID-19 ruined my initial plans to travel to NYC for the usual Thanksgiving celebration I have with my Brooklyn family, so I stayed in Southern California and made dinner for myself.
The menu consisted of Cornish hens, dressing and gravy, collard greens, yams, potato salad, cranberry sauce, and King’s Hawaiian Rolls (heated). Oh, and of course, I was sipping on Uncle Nearest whiskey. So good!
Also: I got this dope T-shirt from CMNY. I might’ve been raised in Memphis, but Brooklyn is my hometown.
